Finally...the rest!

We went back into DC for a second time ( this time on the Metro, which saved our sanity) and had a really fun time at the Smithsonian museums.There's SO many it was hard to choose. We really loved the Natural History Museum though- all kinds of neat dinosaurs and stuff. We saw the Hope Diamond too!
 



We also hit all the war memorials- they're so amazingly moving.  It was my second time and I was still struck by how emotional they are.  Mike hadn't seen them before and thought they were really cool.  The Lincoln Memorial is equally breathtaking:

We finally had to head out but got to have Mom and Dad send us off at the airport- it was so hard saying goodbye again!  Can't wait 'till they're back home in August!
